WINE AGEING

Casisano Brunello ageing period last at least six months in the bottle, where aromas, flavours and notes enhance and evolve, giving an elegant and austere wine.

Not only does this process add smoothness to the wine, reduce its acidity and stabilise it naturally, it also conveys greater depth, complexity and elegance.
OAK BARREL AGING

The Slavonian oak Cask aging period allows the Brunello to achieve balance and elegance. Spicy notes are not aggresive either strong as for the barrique or tonneau method, achieving tertiary aromas that develop in and harmonious balance.
